Here is how a repair flows through RepairDesk on a normal day.
- Book it in. Click New Job, add the customer and the device, note the fault and any passcode, and save. The job gets a reference you can quote to the customer.
- Diagnose and quote. Add the parts and labour you expect. On plans with quotes, you can send the customer a quote to approve.
- Do the work. Move the job through its statuses as you progress — the customer can be kept in the loop automatically by email.
- Mark it ready. When the repair is done, set the job to ready for collection. The customer is notified.
- Hand it back. Take payment, mark the job complete, and it moves into your history.
