Welcome to RepairDesk — your all-in-one workspace for running a phone and device repair business. This guide gives you a quick tour so you know where everything lives.
The dashboard
When you sign in you land on the Dashboard. It shows a snapshot of your shop: active repairs, recent activity, and notifications that need your attention.
The sidebar
Everything is reached from the sidebar on the left:
- Dashboard — your daily overview.
- All Jobs — every repair, searchable and filterable by status.
- New Job — book in a device in under a minute.
- Customers — your customer list and history.
- Recycling — device recycling, customer tracking, and the public recycle form.
- Users — your staff accounts.
- Settings — business details, branding, pricing, and notifications.
- Subscription — your plan and free-trial status.
- Support — this help centre and your support tickets.
Some items only appear on plans that include those features.
First steps
- Add your business details and logo in Settings.
- Book in your first repair with New Job.
- Invite your team under Users.
