Welcome to RepairDesk — your all-in-one workspace for running a phone and device repair business. This guide gives you a quick tour so you know where everything lives.

The dashboard

When you sign in you land on the Dashboard. It shows a snapshot of your shop: active repairs, recent activity, and notifications that need your attention.

The sidebar

Everything is reached from the sidebar on the left:

  • Dashboard — your daily overview.
  • All Jobs — every repair, searchable and filterable by status.
  • New Job — book in a device in under a minute.
  • Customers — your customer list and history.
  • Recycling — device recycling, customer tracking, and the public recycle form.
  • Users — your staff accounts.
  • Settings — business details, branding, pricing, and notifications.
  • Subscription — your plan and free-trial status.
  • Support — this help centre and your support tickets.

Some items only appear on plans that include those features.

First steps

  1. Add your business details and logo in Settings.
  2. Book in your first repair with New Job.
  3. Invite your team under Users.
