RepairDesk can email customers automatically at key moments — for example when their repair is booked in or ready for collection — so you do not have to.

Turning them on

Open Settings → Notifications and switch on the messages you want customers to receive. You can enable or disable each one independently.

What customers get

Messages are sent to the email on the job's customer record, so make sure that is accurate. They carry your business name and branding.
