Before you book in your first repair, take a few minutes to set up your shop so everything you send to customers looks professional and consistent.

Business details

Open Settings and fill in your business name, address, phone, and email under the Business tab. These details appear on quotes, invoices, and customer emails.

Branding

Under the Appearance tab you can upload your logo and set your accent colour. On plans that include custom branding, this carries through to the customer-facing pages and emails.

Financial settings

The Financial tab is where you set your currency, tax rate, and default labour rate. Getting these right now means accurate totals on every job.

Notifications

The Notifications tab controls the automatic emails customers receive as their repair progresses. You can turn individual messages on or off.

You can return and adjust any of these at any time.
