Creating an invoice

The parts and labour on the job become the invoice lines, with tax applied per your Financial settings. The invoice carries your business details and branding.

Recording payment

Mark the invoice as paid when the customer settles up. This keeps your records accurate and the job history complete.

Customer copy

You can send the customer their invoice by email for their records.
