Sometimes a customer never collects their device. The Abandoned Archive (available on plans that include it) lets you move those jobs out of your active list while keeping the full record.
Archiving a job
From a completed-but-uncollected job, send it to the archive. It disappears from your day-to-day view but remains searchable.
Why use it
- Your active job list stays focused on live work.
- You keep a paper trail in case the customer returns, or for your records.
- You can review archived jobs at any time from Abandoned Archive in the sidebar.
