Every job has a status that reflects where it is in your workflow — for example booked in, in progress, awaiting parts, ready for collection, and completed.

Updating status

Open a job and change its status as you work. If you have enabled customer notifications, the customer receives an email when the status changes, so you spend less time fielding 'is it ready yet?' calls.

Finding jobs

Use All Jobs to see everything at a glance. You can filter by status to focus on, say, only the repairs that are ready for collection or waiting on parts.

Notes and history

Each job keeps a running record of what has been added and changed, so anyone on your team can pick it up and know exactly where it stands.
