A job is a single repair. To create one, click New Job in the sidebar.

Customer

Start typing to find an existing customer, or add a new one on the spot with their name, phone, and email. Good contact details mean status emails reach them.

Device

Record the device make, model, and any identifying details. Note the reported fault clearly — this is what your technician sees first.

Passcode and notes

If the customer provides a device passcode, store it with the job (or in the credential vault on plans that include it) so your team can test the repair. Add any internal notes that will help.

Save

Save the job to generate its reference. You can add parts, labour, and updates at any time afterwards.
