Two-factor authentication (2FA), available on plans that include it, adds a second step when you sign in, so a password alone is not enough to get into your shop.
Turning it on
From your account, open the two-factor setup and scan the code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the 6-digit code it shows to confirm.
Signing in
After that, you will enter a fresh code from the app each time you sign in.
Keep a backup
Keep your authenticator app safe — you will need it to sign in. If your whole team uses RepairDesk, encourage everyone to enable 2FA.
