On plans that include email templates, you can edit the wording of the messages RepairDesk sends, so they sound like your shop.
Editing a template
In Settings, open the email templates and adjust the subject and body of each message. Keep them friendly and clear.
Personalisation
Templates can include details like the customer's name and their job reference, which are filled in automatically when the email is sent.
Tip
Short, warm messages tend to read best. Tell the customer what has happened and what happens next.
